Field leaders meeting supports six-month reviews

Wednesday, 16 September 2015
Today (16 September 2015), the CPF project team met in Wakefield with field team leaders for the pharmacies conducting the Pharmacy Care Plan service.  After an update of initial findings from the recruitment phase of the project, the group discussed how best to support pharmacy teams delivering the service, to ensure that six-month reviews, due to start this month, are as beneficial as possible for our patients.
The CPF team were also able to listen to feedback from the various leaders at the meeting and to share best practice from across the project. The meeting also provided an opportunity for networking between leaders from the four CPF companies and Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire, which is supporting the CPF project for independent pharmacies.
